Terms & Conditions: Payment Details: ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% TO SECURE DATE. FULL PAYMENT DUE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN FOR THE EVENT TO OCCUR. IF AGREED BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER THAT EVENT IS STAGED BEFORE FULL PAYMENT PAID. THE CUSTOMER WILL AGREE AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF EVENT OCCURRENCE. A WEEKLY FEE FOR 4% OF THE FULL BOOKING FEE WILL BE INCURRED UNTIL THE BALANCE IS COMPLETELY PAID. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OCCURRING PLEASE NOTIFY OUR COMPANY AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE A RESCHEDULE (ONE-TIME) FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY. ALL GUEST MUST BE CONFIRMED; ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST (N0N-CONFIRMED) WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. NEED ADVANCE ENTRY FOR HOME/ HOTEL SET-UP (2.5 HOURS MINIMUM) THE PERFECT STORII Co. TAKES PRIDE IN SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HOST A COVID-FREE, SANITIZED EVENT. WE WILL WEAR MASK & UTILIZE GLOVES DURING PREPARATION FOR YOUR EVENT. IF ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY BECOMES ILL OR ARE HAVING SYMPTOMS, PLEASE NOTIFY TO RESCHEDULE EVENT. THE PERFECT STORII CO. EVENT INSURANCE: OUR INSURANCE PACKAGE OFFERS 2 RESCHEDULES (COMPLIMENTARY) OR A FULL REFUND OF WHAT HAS BEEN PAID BY CLIENT. MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF EVENT CONTRACT/AGREEMENT. 10% OF THE TOTAL EVENT COST WITH $100 MINIMUM. CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN LESS TIME OF 72 HOURS OF THE EVENT WILL INCUR A 30% FEE.
